Harbor Shores at Lake Eustis
Located in Leesburg in unincorporated Lake County, and on Lake Eustis, is PUD consisting of 120 - 40x120 single family detached units. Some of the units have water frontage on the north side by means of a canal that leads directly to Lake Eustis, while the community has lake frontage with nearly the entire north section on the canal.
Rolling Acres in Lady Lake
Located on the east side of Rolling Acres Rd, between HWY 466 and Lake Ella Rd, is a 129 unit PUD consisting of 49 - 50x120 detached lots, and 80 - 20 minimum attached townhome lots. The project has been submitted to the city, and is expected to go to the city commission in June of 2022.
